IRC events triggering twice

I use IRC to pass commands

#event myevent "<#*#> MyCommand"
or
#event myevent "#*# MyCommand"

This will trigger myevent twice.

woops. I'll fix that for next zip, event handling was moved out of plugins into MQ2Main and I apparently missed the mq2irc event handler :)
