Bug or feature? Name captions

I read in the latest update that target captions will always be drawn. I turn off PC names for raids, and when I target someone the name tag appears and stays after I detarget them. Is this a bug or part of that new feature? How do I turn it off :)

nah, im sure other people were about to ask the same thing in here.

the issue is fixed for next zip, which will probably be in about 5 hours
