/if (${String[Alert[1].Equal[TRUE]}) {
| above was originaly /if $alert(1)==TRUE and didn't know how to convert this to new MQData system

Alert was never added to MQ2Data so that'll not work, but if it did you'd probably just do
/if (${Alert[1]}) {

other than that i dont want to look through it all sorry

I'll add alert.
