move without keypress/sendkey

Post by featherwood » Fri Apr 16, 2004 11:25 am

Does anybody know a way to make a character move without using /keypress or /sendkey commands ?

I'm asking this because of the current issue with European versions of EQ.

You have to write code that does that, you can use target and make a route to get close to whatever you are targeting, but to send keystrokes you have to use /keypress, /sendkey or /press. Also If you want your toon to have a mind of his own you need to program it too.

I'm just totally noob and wanted to know a way to replace the /keypress UP or /sendkey UP in existing macros.
you can use target and make a route to get close to whatever you are targeting
could you post a sample code doing this without these commands ?

maybe your problem is that it's /keypress forward hold not /keypress up.

i think he means /sendkey or /press.
what you want is /keypress.
