Thank you all for reading,

I want to warn you not to download Macro Express from MacroManiac or anyone else. He planted two Trojans in my computer which couldn't be removed, I stayed up all night for format my computer and now I am back, just a warning, he went on my account, haven't gotten to check if anything is missing.

Zaviar,

macro express is a well trusted application - ive used it in working environments. i see no problem in downloading and using it, provided you download it from trusted sites.

If you download software from an untrusted site then you are always at risk of pickin up a trojan - this can be any software, not just macroexpress.

can u tell us what the 2 trojans were & also where u downloaded the application from?

He claims he will send you Macroexpress with a working alchemy macro making 8k/hour. The file contains SubSeven.

The files he sent me were:

TROJ_SUB7.12
TROJ_SUB7.13

He changed my account password, and I have a different e-mail then I used to, so I haven't been able to get on to check on my account. A friend of mine at verant asked a GM to look and said he had made a character also on my account, but still unsure if he took anything. I will keep you guys updated, plan on getting it back today.

He is now banned from EQ, and hopefully AOL will take action.
