Editing bmpwad8.s3d?

Wife doesn't like Everquest, and whenever see she's the EQ splash screen I catch HELL for it. i would like to change it to just a black page with "Loading...." on it but cannot figure out how to edit the bmpwad8.s3d file. Any assistance?

Whoa man. You think your wife would be anymore pleased when she sees you playing the game, than just with the normal splash screen?

Just my two copper pieces.. but man, that's a rough deal for her.

She's heard bad things about EQ, I've played AO, SB, DAoC, AC, AC2, Etc with no issues. Once it said "EQ" she had a problem. Thus, I change the splash screen and my problem goes away.

The only thing I can think of is Strata 3D .. But that was just a quick reference from the web.. I honestly have no idea what they used to edit it. Sorry.

Use EQInside, from http://www.hackersquest.com/ to edit it.
