2-pc's on 1 router

i am running 2 pc'c via lan, to one router,then to my cable modem (no other choice) ..... MQ works fine on first pc it was instaled on , but on the second pc i get the icon running in the taskbar but it doesnt seem to hook EQ?? ideas???

I can tell you that the router / hub / switch configuration isnt the issue.

Verify the eqgame.ini on the non working machine:
ClientVersion=Tue Dec 23 02:46:xx 2003

check the macroquest.ini on the non working machine make sure plugins are loaded:

[Plugins]
mq2labels=mq2labels
mq2map=mq2map
mq2itemdisplay=mq2itemdisplay
mq2chatwnd=mq2chatwnd
mq2fps=mq2fps
mq2eqbugfix=mq2eqbugfix

And make sure to run MQAuth on both pc's before compiling.
