Who is in zone who is not in my guild?

I don't know how to go about doing this (or if it's possible) but does anyone know how to make a macro that would basically do a "/who guild" and "/who". Then, filter out the ones in my guild and /echo all the names of anyone in the zone who is not in my guild, with a count of how many.

Possible?

That's a start.

Usually what I find myself doing is a quick "/who" (returning, for example, 78) then a "/who guild" (71) to see how many in zone are not in my guild (7), then I'd scroll up and check the names and what guild they're in.

Ideally it would do something like this:

72 in zone
<your guild> has 69 (3 others)
<guild_02> joe wizard
<guild_02> charlie chanter
<guild_03> mary mage
etc...
