I was wondering though if there is a way to keep the pet/petbuff/? window always open. In order for mine to open i have to bring up my pet otherwise there is a big hole there lol.

And is there a way to integrate a clock into the UI somewhere? so that i can know how much longer i can play before it dings 2 am and i get no sleep lol.

Thanks again fer the UI m8te
I'll see about adding a clock.. Just hit alt-f1 to open the pet window and it'll stay open.

Adding in Timer and DPS window..

Post by Drunkensloth » Thu Jan 08, 2004 2:53 am

I use MQ2DPS plugin and the window it creates causes all the other windows in ISHI to mess up...
any clue how to fix that?

and also, i was hoping i would be able to add two slide timers to your UI but i have no idea how to add them or where, i noticed theres a timer running down aobce the hotbuttons but i dont know what thats for or how to add a slider to it for reference

mainly need the timer for 6 second mana ticks
and 2 min 20 seconds snare timer :)

any help would be great
And here I was clicking like a sucker!

Will look into that tomorrow. I took a break from EQ and haven't been working on it at all.

Well for the mana timer you can use the mana regen in your pet window.. alt-f1 to show it. As for the 2:20 timer, you should be able to slide the timer back and forth. That's sort of a relic from AYA so... I've not got a lot of experience with timers, have to look into that.

the pet window doesnt show me when a mana tick is about to occur, if its on a timer, i can see when i have to sit for and can actually cast my AE nuke... med a tick, run, med a tick and all that, its like having a horse without any of hte horse problems~

and i havent been able to slide the timer that comes with the UI at all :)

A'ight well I will research ters a bit and get back to you on that.

Sidenote: I'm going to be rebuilding my UI incorporating the latest version of AYA. R3 Build 3 has been released and I like it far better then R2. http://www.eqinterface.com/sdownload/pi ... s=&id=1881 is a screenshot. I will continue to host the R2 version but updates will not be made to it.

Sweet. Now that the weekend hit, I'll send a PM with the code to the character info screen, and see if you can help me stick the regen for HP/Mana into it.

I'm not too skilled with XML and the UIs. So I don't know how to expand the window, or shrink the gauges a little in order to fit the stuff in.

Thats cool and it worked for me but I lost my mq window and it moved some of my stuff when I reloaded the ishi.

Great skin. Thanks

Does this work in 1152 x 864? I see the SS is 1280x1024 and some comments about someone being unable to use in 1024x768.

Sadly my max res is 1280x1024 (LCD monitor limit) so to run windowed and still see the whole window I need to go 1 step lower :(

From my experience this will work on any resolution though you might have to mess around with placement. I have run this skin at 1280x1024 down to 1024x768 with room for things.

Also to answer my own question above... the mq window comes back as soon as you give it a command.

This skind is great but im not sure how to bring up disc window and I really wish I could resize chat boxes/ create chat boxes without having to revert back to default skin and then back to ishi. Otherwise I run this all the time now.

Barring unforseen occurances, Ishi v5 will be out tonight. 1017 ate me yesterday otherwise I would have released it. Expect a new, more polished look(Using latest AYA) and some minor tweaks here and there.

As a note, v4 will be phased out. It will stay up for those who prefer the style, but I am not going to be supporting it any longer. Additionally I am not going to be offering a patch, so you'll need to do the full download.

If you are a caster, you need the two fixed files. Please download them, for your own sake.
