MQ1 and Offsets

I've been looking and reading around the boards, and everyone wants to go to MQ2...It may be better, but I don't have access to Compiling anymore and I like MQ1 because it can do the few things I want/need. My question is, after all the patching from 12/18 is over, will anyone bothering getting the new offsets for MQ1?

Not all the offsets have been found for MQ2 (ie. MQ1) we have some of the major ones listed. So you can start piecing them together.

You will still have to compile for the eqgame.h offsets

Microsoft aparantly came up with this idea that you could try a Visual Studio 7 free and online, this works through the Remote desktop ability.. (but this isent just XP only) welll it is similar to the Remote desktop ability from Windows EXP..

Well go to the link below, sign up the form, get the mail, log in... and on the desktop, download what you need, mail yourself the auth's so you
can use it on your own comp, get winzip downed, and MQ2 of course, then just simply compile it all, zip the Release folder and mail it back to yourself.. Easy, and saves alot of money for those without the compiler

MQ1 doesn't use the EQGame.h file.

MQ1 has all the offsets in the EQGame.Ini file for the offsets. The structure offsets will cause you need to recompile MQ1 tho.
