Macro help Please

Well, I got my macroquest working and all, i was just wondering if a macro could be created that allowed me to target monsters anywhere in the zone with certain items im looking for.. Say im looking for a monster with platinum on him, could a macro possibly do this

Im not sure its passe to ask the same question in multiple forum areas. Also, not sure if you should make the post header something so bland as "help me please".

Up at the top is a nice search button. Try tossing in "mob" or "target" or "loot" or "item" or something and browse around the boards a few.
