I'm a total n00b to MQ

I just found out about the wonderful world of MQ through reading your boards.Where do I get the software download and come one help me get started out? I'm trying to set up a jewlry macro for my enchanter and a rapid fire macro for my ranger.

Ok so I'm an idiot I found where to get the DL from the homepage wow <-- noob. I just need some help learning the basics. I've got a webpage that gave me the code I just don't know what to do to set it up.

Read the readme.html file. Compiling instructions are right there.
