Something wrong with combines?

I have been using TS with ini support for a while. Today I downloaded the Nov 6th fix to MQ and compiled it. I did a brewing combine of 2 items just fine. I then when to do another brewing combine of about 9 items and MQ wouldn't pick up anything from my packs. mouse would bounce around like it was working but nothing got picked up.. any ideas?

usually does that when you have a pack closed with one of the items it needs in it
