For me, the point is more for turning it on. Being stunned turns autorun off, so being able to detect and set the state would be a good thing for my chantkite macro. Though, looks like a good enough work around is posted above, though I don't like the fact that while stunned it would be mashing numlock constantly.

For your kiting macro try

/sendkey down up

It should hold the "up" key down long enough to get to the next cycle in the loop and move you forward even after getting stunned.. Only problem of course is having to be careful about typing and using the shift key..

I might give that a try, if any problems crop up from using the autorun, right now my current version of the macro is working like a champ.
