Enabling Debugspew??

I found this post once after looking for about 5 hours through searches that talked about UNCOMMENTING some lines in the source to ENABLE the DEBUGSPEW. I have looked and can not find this post again.

Currently /debugspew on gives a message that a spewfile is being created but nothing gets dumped to a log.

Does anyone know what I need to uncomment in the code to get this working again?

In eqlib_utitlities.cpp, change:
