I don't see it being changed in the newest release, Is there a reason that links no longer display the %'s and mods for Focus Effects on items?

There very well may still be a few things that are not quite right yet. Usually it take a few weeks to get all the kinks worked out of a large patch like this. When people make posts such as this, people need to be explicit as possible so the dev's can figure out exactly what you are talking about. (Not that yours wasn't descriptive enough, just a general statement.)
