Everquest and Win2k / XP without admin-rights ?

Hi all,

i am just courious if anybody has EQ running on windows 2000 or windows XP WITHOUT admin-privs ?

i installed it as admin on my 2k machine but everyone can play it just fine.

Hmm it looks as there is a difference between win2k and xp ...

on my XP box, I created a reg user called 'EverQuest' and I play EQ on it, installed it there too...

Hmmm dont work for me :

Installed XP Prof W/O SP1
Created reg User
Tried to install EQ from POP-CD´s
-> Installshield error "kernel Module is not registered"
Setup with admin
Patching as user - ok
starting EQ goes to the user auth.-screen after password - > Desktop
the debug.txt says somthing about error in rdp-connection.

Will post exact error msg tomorrow
