Getting error Everquest is not running when it is..

Im getting a pop up box w/ an error saying that everquest isnt running but it is lol .. In fact Im in window mode hehe , For some reason I jsut cant get it start IVe thought about what the prog points to and cant figure any of it out ....

is it everquest isn't running or incorrect client number? and is this referring to MQ? I've never seen this error @ all...

Nope its everquest isnt running .. ITs not macroquest either becuase the name of the prog is 3rd eye wich derived as a personal version of macroquest but Im relaly confused atm as to how to get macroquest .. IF i could fgure out how to get all the stuff for macroquest and Install on puter that would be great.. But i really have no one to guide me or whathave you lol.. Im really new to all this and Ill be honsest about it .. If somone could help me get started I would much appreciate it so far ive gotten as far as downloading a cvs client but I have no clue on what to do w/ it .. As i say Im a n00b at this .. Any help I would highly appreciate if not I can understand .,.. TY

ok.. first of all i'll introduce you to a great tool on this forum.. the SEARCH ENGINE.. trust me.. it is your friend.. it wants you no harm at all.

Second, i know there are some posts about your problem already in here, so i would suggest SEARCHING for them. Usually a post on how to COMPILE macroquest will include a how to download with CVS.

Now that it as been said, i will let you go and LVL in the SEARCH skill.

P.S.: You REALLY want to use the search feature, as you'll see that some people get somewhat "cranky" when someone comes in and post about something that as been discuss probably millions of time.

TY eqmule00 I folowed everythinf for MQ and it works .. CAs to clone dude please read the post all the way through I wasnt getting the error for MQ eq isnt running it was for a derivitive prog we made from MQ a while back and a friend devleoped it.. But i was hopin someone had an asnwer reguarding that IE thats why i posted .. any way I wanted to Thanks EQ mule for the patients and hjelp I appreciate it .......

Glad I could help. We really want our new members to feel welcome in our community, even though I realise there is alot of effort required from each person that joins, to get MQ up and running.

So it really pleases me, when I see that the help we are providing is working. MQ is an awesome program and you will see that the effort will be rewarded in the end.
