Some security flaw in XP, yet another. Patch is there. RUn in safe mode to patch it if you can't get it regularly patched.

Its a security issue in Windows NT, 2000, XP and 2003. So get your version patched asap.....

A Firewall makes sure you don't have a problem, but better safe than sorry

Some of my guild mates report the same problem and solutions are here:

also there may be a virus related to thet bug and a specific virus scanner can be found here:

DAMNIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had that and thought I had skrewed with something myself so i formated my whole harddrive.

I had having to download EQ patches all over again over a 56k model > 7 hours

Sorry to hear =\ why I usually back up my files when I reformat.. guess that's a pro at partioning your harddrive.

don't know how to read verry well do you? Same exact link I posted minus the anti-virus one.
