MQ2 TLO Command to pickup /itemtarget

Somebody told me that EQMule was working on a TLO object in relation to doors that would also work to grab any itemtarget you currently have.

I am looking in the wiki and not seeing any TLO in regards to this.

I am working on a method to /itemtarget a specific item by name... move to it manually, stop me 4 distance paces from the item and then pick up the item after i am looking directly at it (Ground spawn) after doing a /face item command.

I have everything working fine in the macro, except the last and most important part.... picking up the actual item i have itemtargeted.

If anyone can point me to the wiki TLO that can accomplish the actual pick up of the item i am directly in front of.... or provide me the command... I would be VERY appreciative.

im not finished with the code to actually grab the item, its work in progress.. meanwhile doesn't /keypress u work?
or maybe /click left center

anyway I cant remember if any of those still work, I will try to fix click left item again... no eta though.
