that would be a problem wit hthe UI you have, not the actual script, somethin to do with a titlebar i think, i don't use /click ever so i'm not really sure

It catches every single bag slot center on, but fails to catch the combine button. Going to investigate further.

I had a similar problem with combine on a custom UI. I ended up using the default file for bags with the titlebar turned off.

It misses the combine sometimes because it's not calling ItemOnCursor after a combine, which makes the combine AFTER that one fail. Change (on alcor's version) the code accordingly:
(This is at the end of Sub Main:)
Code: Select all
/next v99
/click left pack $CombinerPack combine
/doevents
/goto :RunMake
:Done
/return
Changes to:

Hi there!
I have been trying to get this macro to work for me with ZERO success. I open my inventory and all of my bags. I have my sewing kit in slot 7. I type in:
/macro tradeskill "Large Sewing Kit" "spider silk" "spider silk"
what I see is:
[Macroquest] spider silk
[Macroquest] spider silk
[Macroquest] 6
and then nothing happens. The macro is running but no items are being combined, or even moved in between bags. I am using the default UI at the moment just to make things easy.
Please tell me what I am doing wrong! :)

NM I got it working.
I think the IRC version of MQ I was using was old or something. I loaded another version and works no problem.

Hell there!
Trying to get this mac to work on an environmental container. Tried adding the enviro code with ZERO success. Could someone possibly post the code with the enviro portion added correctly? I have no problems getting this to run on inventory containers.

Edited mine version to use enviromental combiner, sadly i had no time for test (need to run at work) i'm sure the logic work, i might have miss mometing somewhere, pls test it, i'll also as i get back home.

honestly what I do is just put in a Mixing Bowl as my combiner or something else with a combine button ... make the Oven window overlap that Mixing Bowl window and it'll click on the Oven window instead.
I know thats pretty lame but hey, it works.

For those who are not hitting the combine button correctly, make sure that the version of EQUI_Mouse.cpp that you are using is version 1.4. This was added to the CVS on May 28. If you are not using that version it will not adjust for the size of the pack to hit the combine button.
Current CVS version works on packs and enviro combiners with equal ease.

Thanks for altering the macro to support enviro containers. The only problem is.. it still doesn't work unfortunately. All it does is pick up ingredients and drop them back into packs.
I am trying to get the code right but still having problems modifying. If anyone gets a chance to look at this, I would appreciate any feedback about what needs to be changed to make this work for me.

Hey again!
Was working Fine earlier today. Then I switched to trying to make Celestial Essences. Now it works fine for maybe 20 seconds or so, then something gets screwed up and it starts just stacking ingredients on top of each other in the Mortar and Pestle. I see the code in there that SHOULD clear out a combiner if it is not empty at the start, however it is not working at all.
I know you have already done a tremendous amount of modifying to get this macro to work correctly, Alcor. If you have any more time, or if anyone else has any more time, I would appreciate someone offering a fix for this. I don't have alot of skill working with the code, but I am trying. It is definitely a learning experience, but I concede that it is definitely beyond my ability to fix this.
Please help if someone can.
