Working Combine Macro

Post by Randomwiz » Sat Jun 07, 2003 4:20 pm

Greetings.

Just started using the new working MQ with /click fix. I have been surfing the boards looking for any combine macro that works. Been trying every one i can find and having no joy. Is there a combine macro that works out there?

Thanks

Have you looked through all the recent posts in Macro Depot? I know I've seen a couple of working combining macros there, one in fact that you could simply give the ingredients from the command line and it would combine until it ran out.

You'll probably have to take one of the ones that are available and adjust it to your particular needs (which is not obvious from your post).

Either way, look through ALL of the last month's Macro Depot posts and I bet you'll find what you need.

I have looked thru all of the recent combine macros. I found one that works for non-enviro containers, but nothing that works for enviro. If someone knows where one is that works on environmental containers (maybe i just couldn't find it) please post a link for me. I am starting to pull my hair out here.

:)

Thanks

P.S. Currently trying to find a universal combine macro which will help me make all of the components needed for Ceremonial Solstice Robes. Specifically the Kiln combines at the current moment.

You must not be looking too hard.

The metalrings.mac I posted uses a forge. It's very basic, but runs fast. I'm sure you could modify it to suit your needs fairly easily. I posted it as a basic macro, but I am improving upon it even further myself.

It's under this thread:

You can edit the hero.mac that comes with the the cvs for any tradeskill combine.

I have succesfully used it for brewing (duh, hehe), and fletching. I have also used it for grunt combines in smithing such as studs.

Just gotta look at the code to make some adjustments and fiddle with a few of the commands in it to make it run optimally.

If you are having trouble actually hitting the combine button make sure that you have EQUI_Mouse.cpp version 1.4 from CVS. This was put in on May 28. The version of macroquest was not changed with this update so just having current version signiture of macroquest does not mean you have current mouse.cpp.
