not evading or auto hiding are some of the things
You have to reset your abilities. Did you do a monster mission?

Make sure you have an actual hotkey mapped for them from the Actions page. not just the command line /doability xxxx. You did you repopulate the INI or just put in new macro?

How do I delay

Post by generals10 » Mon Jan 23, 2006 1:16 pm

How do I delay autoassist so that it assists at 98%, or only assists at like 20ft or so?

Autoassist

Post by generals10 » Mon Jan 23, 2006 8:19 pm

I tried /autoassist <Tank> 98, but right when the tank targeted it assisted. I even tried extremes like /autoassist <Tank> 40 but it still assisted when the tank targeted. :(

Code: Select all

/assist off
in game should do the trick

Give your head a shake!

From the questions you are asking it appears you have tried everything but reading the instructions that are just begging to be clicked on.

All the things you say aren't working do work, I know this because I'm using them on the other PC at this very moment. You're just going to have to trust me on this...

I recommend, from my limited experience (looking at my post count) that you read the instructions, learn the "/" commands, make sure you have made changes to your INI file it makes when you run the Macro you have made your "ALT-M" abilitied and combat stuff (if you see 1 2 3 4 5 6.. it's not gonna work).

As for the assiting as soon as the mob is targeted?

I bet you dollars to pesos you have /assist on which turns attack on as soon as it assists someone, nes pas? - this is in the first 2 paragraphs of the RHDOCS.HTML which you should be grabbing... now..

I'm a club footed drwarf with a learning disability working in a menial job for a phone company forwarding emails, yes a telco, you have no excuse for not being able to find the instructions if I can find them.

/rant off

Found on page 1 (insert below)

"Hello everyone,

If you're lazy, you can now download the latest Rogue Helper! This is rather advisable as you'd have to cut and paste it from two separate posts in this thread! Also, this is the only way you're going to see the documentation (now in HTML format) or the Change Log!

--> http://www.sharemation.com/jerle69/eq/RH60.zip <--

After downloading, unzip and store the RH.mac file contained within the ZIP to your macro directory. You should probably read the documentation too! "

Anyone have any issues on 6.0 version that when in raid content or even heavy pulling, the macro just quits autoassisting?

I have version 5.9 and i use it and no problems what so ever, but 6.0 has some great features like the feature where the rogue will get closer to the mob if it is to far away. I dont use 6.0 because it quits on me all the time. Guess ill have to pull the code out and put into 5.9.

I had the same issues with it, never did figure out what the deal was before I wrote autobot.

I think it has a /stick stuck in it, try issuing a /stick off on the toon and see if it jumps back into action. Was using WH on my son's warrior that I've been PLing and AAing. When he's just standing there like a moron, /stick off normally does the trick.

Ok I have the DoD 68 mission disc "Thief's Eyes" and am trying to get Rogue helper to keep it up anytime I have attack on.

I think i am doing right by using the /autodisc feature

I currently have is set as /autodisc1 "Thief's Eyes" 200 1

Per the instructions, it should hit the disc if I have at least 200 endurance and every 1 minute right?

Its not working at all. I have also tried /autodisc1 on and still nothing. Can anyone help a noob out?

What I did is just added the line

Code: Select all

/if (!${Me.Song[Thief's Eyes].ID}) /disc Thief's Eyes
Any time the macro goes to backstab. If this isnt a feature that will be added to the official script, you might just want to do what I did.

Thanks for the line of code. I put it in and it works fine, but it keeps Thiefs eye on all the time.. even when i am not attacking. Is there a certain place in the macro where I need to put that line of code?
