Request: Show % remaining of rune cast on player....

Using EQ, I'm two-boxing a Enchanter and a Druid. Nice enough, but light on tanking ability.

I'm looking for a macro/plugin that monitors when a rune is cast on a character, then keeps a hp total or percent remaining until rune is down. The macro/plugin would monitor damage the character is taking, and update the percent remaining in the rune. If the message shows up saying the rune is down, then show 0%.

I'm looking at modifying another bot to keep a pet or character always runed, perhaps recasting the rune when the % gets too low.

I can't tell by looking when my rune is going to expire, I think this would help.

I did do a search, search came up with 2046 matches, so that didn't help much.

Is this capability already being done somewhere? If so, please give me pointers on where to start looking...

If not, what do you think is the closest match, and I can work from there....

From what I've maanged to glean from a discussion in VIP about this not too long ago, the damage left on runes is no longer sent to the client. The only time it gets updated is when you zone, and when it wears off.

You can take a look at Me.Dar (Damage Absorption Remaining) and see for yourself.
