hmm

make a button with this text, then click it when you have targetted whatever you want dead:

/tell "bot" attack $target(id)

at least that is what I did :)

Monky Business!

My wishlist: From the top of my head, have a 65 monk alt so this would be usefull for me. some of it I managed to roughly get working by combining some macroes, with sipet as main input. it crashes eq on occations, and gives crazy error messages - ie not very good: Celestial fists, if you have them,...

2 chars on same pc, both running MQ

I'm using the Sipet macro, and wanted to use two chars on same pc (with latest eqw, been using 2 pc's sofar but need more chars online). But no matter how I do it I can't get a macro to start in the 2nd window.

Do I need two instances of mq running, or something else I'm missing?

Silly question

When I copy and paste macroes, I always get an extra space after each line. If I dont manually remove those the macro wont run.

Any way to avoid that, I'm getting tired of removing hundreds of spaces each time :)

Try to run the supplied .bat file in Visual Studio, "setvar/envset" or something (cant remember exact name, and at work so no chance to check).

Then nmake should work.

Monk-bot

Presently using "Warrior-autogrp.mac Rogue-autogrp.mac Cleric-autogrp.mac" from Roguish, but I have finally levelled up my monk to 60+ so I want to use him instead of the rogue. Could anyone give me some pointers on how to convert the rogue script to a monk script? Need to kick instead of ...

Thanks

Thanks to EqMule00, McKorr and all the other patient guys that have posted answers to various questions people have asked. I have used search, sweared, used search, sweared some more and finally got mq compiled and working after a couple weeks (yeah, I know I'm slow). Might not seem like a lot to mo...

Hi, great macroes and I enjoy using them. However, how can I start the war/rogue macro with a command that includes the name of the player the warrior will assist ? Tried setting a variable, but I promptly messed up the entire macro :) Would it be possible to make the war/rogue automatically go back...

Puh

Got it working...

Looked a little closer, and found a single "space" was added after each line when I copied the offsets. Removed those, and MQ loaded fine.

Now for the actual use of macroes, expect more questions in the days to come :)

Checked the times again, and the created time on eqgame and the time in egame.ini are identical. Still no luck with starting

I play in europe, on gmt +1 timezone, could that have anything to say?
