eqgame.h ?

Last time MQ2 was down for a patch, there was an eqgame.h posted somewhere long before the new zip went up... can someone tell me where it would be posted before its officially fully tested and added to the zip for download? I can't remember what forum I found it in.. or even if there has been one put up for the latest patch yet.

From what I'm gathering, this is more than your average everyday game patch. So, a new eqgame.h isn't going to fix everything I'm thinking.
