MacroQuest licensing [Please read]

MacroQuest is released under the GPL (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.txt)

Distribution:
1. You may copy and distribute verbatim copies of the Program's source code as you receive it, in any medium, provided that you conspicuously and appropriately publish on each copy an appropriate copyright notice and disclaimer of warranty; keep intact all the notices that refer to this License and to the absence of any warranty; and give any other recipients of the Program a copy of this License along with the Program.

You may charge a fee for the physical act of transferring a copy, and you may at your option offer warranty protection in exchange for a fee.
Official distribution of MacroQuest is handled by SourceForge; no fee may be charge to any person to release information regarding where/how to download it. Future versions of MacroQuest will come with a copyright notice stating the SourceForge project location. Additionally, if you do not physically send a non-official copy via diskette, cd-rom, or other media, no charge can be made.


Modifications:

Information on how to set up MacroQuest and where to find the official MacroQuest release be fall under this. Any information of this sort must be made available to the public without charge.
MacroQuest is not to be included in any sort of guide or howto, unless the document is freely available.


In summary, MacroQuest is free and 3rd parties are not allowed to sell it, parts of it, nor information about acquiring it.
I do not make a point whether scripts must be freely available or may be made available for a fee. If a script is made available for a fee, information about acquiring MacroQuest must not be included.
