MQ doesn't gather information over your connection. MQ takes the info that's already been sent to you, and puts it on the map. To the best of my knowledge (which as my name implies isn't a lot) MQ can't really cause any extra usage on your connection since it's based entirely on data already available to the EQ client.I was thinking oh maybe MQ is trying to get the information on the current location of all the mobs and that kills network traffic or something.
