downloadable CSV items database anyone?

Search as I may, I cannot seem to get a hold of any sort of downloadable items database...let alone a recent one...I am trying to get one to use the Bplugin with.
Please staunch the flow of my incompetency

Look at the eqemu project they have alot of databases of items.

Lucy now allows you to download a full item name list. But farming their database would prove... time consuming?

I use Lucy file and MS ACCESS. Build search form to find what I need.
