Ok, I am trying to write a macro that will:
1) follow the tank around
2) slow the mob the tank pulled, if slow resist or fizzle do again
3) heal tank and myself at specified %
4) canni V when life and mana at specified %

thats really about it, here is what I have so far

Might want to fix your code, some how you ended up with html code for your < and > signs.
