Frequency?

I have used this for a couple months now, by far my favorite UI ever, very very well made... Well today I switched to default to petition something.. switched back and got a client crash.. now everytime i try and go to that UI i crash =/ I still have the same version i recieved months ago and was wondering if anyone had seen an update for it?
