I need MQ to do an audible alert with a .wav when a certain mob pops anywhere in the zone. I looked at /alert but I can't figure that out. Is this built into MQ? How would I do this?

Check the plugin forum. There are 2 there that do this, as well as several macroes that do it as well that are in the macro depot.
