(Forum) Request: New Forum

Basically, a forum located right under announcements, called TFM, or Info and Tutorials, or the like. No normal user postings, but when people write guides, they get put there, the wonderful readme should be the first item, and etc. Then, when people write out any guides that are "worth reading" they should get a place in there. When new people come along and ask age old questions, hopefully slapping them with all the guides at once in an easy to find manner might help some that are unaware there's a search function.
Edit: Before someone says "but we have "Help" it's subtitle says ask for help getting mq2 to run on your computer, which seems to say it's for people learning to compile only..

I guess the title "Instructions for the Dumbasses" might be too intimidating?
Not a bad idea.

A title of "READ ME FIRST" with a descriptions of "Instructions For The Dumbasses" would go well though :)

Why new forum?
A sticky "RTFM and use the search button, Luke!" should be enough....

Or a sticky "Guides" topic, where only tutorials and such stuff would be moved to... (without: "great..", "well done" and such other postings)

People would just ignore this shit anyways, and go straight to the help and general forums with idiotic questions.

Yep, it's sorta like the express lane at the grocery store. You can put up big neon red flashing signs and have cheerleaders out in front of the register chanting "10 items or less!" and you'll still get some idiot pulling up with a full basket of crap.
