compile useing sdk/framework

UPDATE: I could not find the libs because of dir struc probs the windows search was not working properly
I have installed:
Microsoft Platform SDK (just the core package)
Microsoft .NET Framework Version 1.1 Redistributable Package
Microsoft .NET Framework SDK Version 1.1
Visual C++ Toolkit 2003
just need to test it ... ya no EQ for 20miles ..
