Is there a coherent thought in there, or was that a general outburst of Turrets sans obsenities?
If you want a tool to try to break into EQ chat channels, you definitely wouldn't want it to be a macro. You probably would be better off not making it a plugin either, but instead being a stand-alone tool based on Lax's eqim library.
