Map not allowed...

Quick question. Is there a feature for /mapfilter that would override EQ's restriction for zones that don't allow mapping?

If not, think it'd be hard to implement? In-game maps aren't available for half the places I go any longer. :(

Ok I've been to quite a few zones and I've never not been able to use my map... what zones don't allow maps?

I know PoHate doesn't (unless that changed lately). Also, I don't think the elemental planes (including Time) allow it, though I've never been to those zones.

Anyway, to answer your question, no, there's no /mapfilter command to do that. It's been discussed before in the forums (try Search next time), but it's not something allowing in MQ2 'cause that'd be cheating ;)

Wrong site. Please don't ask for that kind of thing here.

the timeless questions that shape MQ2's world...

"can i enable maps without luclin?"
"can i enable maps in zones that dont allow it?"

come on now :)
we do draw the line of supported cheating before you get to enabling maps without luclin or in zones that dont allow it. sorry. the question is asked over and over and over and over and over and over and (you get the idea), and indeed you probably could have found the answer by reading for about 15 minutes. locking this thread sorry.
