European keyboard

In many european keyboards the "{}" symbols do not exist but can be made only using the alt123 and alt125 combo. This is not an issue but in Everquest where you can not use the alt combo at all so is not possible to use the /echo ${anycommandhere}. Probably (but I havent test it yet) swapping the keyboard setting to english may resolve it (but in this case, where are these chars mapped on the english keyboard?). Anyone have a better idea?

What country keyboard are you using?
I just checked the couple internation keyboards we have lying around the office, and all of those include some way to type { and }, but its a bit cryptic on some keyboards.

I am italian, so I use an italian keyboard

. For all I know, there is no way on an italian keyboard to obtain an { symbol (or the reverse }) without using the alt123 (and alt125) combo. I know this is a stupid issue, but it is really annoying not to be able to use the /echo ${} for in game debugging.
P.S. to ap50, where are the [] symbols on the english keyboard (right, left, up, down etc.)? Thanks.
