Primary item switch?

Before I get working on it, does anyone already have a working macro that will pull the item from your Primary slot, open a bag, swap with an item in there, and put that new item in your Primary?

I gave several examples in various places, search for /itemnotify. If you are having trouble with /itemnotify currently, it should be fixed when i update the zip shortly.
