Inside the file was single line:

EQ="teh awesome"

Probably something used for internal testing that they forgot to put on their list of files not to be included in the patcher (wtbuy them forgetting the .map file again ..lol)

Or, it may be something that will have a use in the future.

No, they are covering thier asses from the one that slipped out with net share names in it.
