CTD when Right Clicking spell gems to get spell info

Post by Fuergrissa » Fri Mar 26, 2004 2:27 am

MarcH 25TH release.
CTD whenever i right click a gem to get its info, happens 100% of the time.
I only have vc6, when ran vc6 in the background and tried to use the debug mode i could not find any processes to attach too sorry.

VC6 is bugged for the debugging (funny, isn't it?). You need to install SP5 to have it works. After you install SP5 you will have the possibility to select an active process to attach to.

i have vc6 and havent noticed this problem at all except for one spell, elemental draw (my wife is the mage and she was complaining about it). but i think that was fixed with the recent release as i have heard no grumbling from the wife.

I also have experienced this. All spells I click on work fine except one. The new elemental draw spell that was added for magicians is the one that causes this for me. Every other spell I right click on works fine, but as soon as I right click "elemental draw" for the info, it's an imediate CTD. Not sure if that helps, but I thought i'd add my little bit of info.
