First, my gratitude to the developers of macroquest. This program makes everquest so much more fun for me again.

I have a pair of macros I developed from bits and and peices in the macro depot. Basically, they are a pair of powerleveling macros, one for the powerleveler an one for the powerlevelee. they hunt and talk to each other, buffs, heals, looting etc. They can level a melee to 40 in 5 6 hour sessions virtually AFK the whole time. I ran both copies of eq in the backround at work and monitored progress with myshoweq.

Question is would it be appropriate to post them in the macro depot section? They are only rough hacks but they can afk powerlevel with ease so i'm not sure weather or not to post.

There's already a few scripts floating around that you can use to powerlevel while afk, or semi-afk. (Especially with a druid or shaman). So I doubt posting your code would hurt anything. But if it's just a rough hack job, they'd be better off in Macro Help instead of the Depot.

Nah lol Post em in Macro Depot. I love it when the Devs come out of the woodwork to flame people who put unfinished macros up in the area for polished macros. J/k Seriously though, if it is rough put it in the help section. Believe me, we will definitely do our best to help you get it refined into a good looking functional macro if we can. (I really suck at this stuff, but I am starting to get a basic concept of the architecture involved in the macros) Besides, if nothing else, you can post it slightly broken, that way the majority of us who have no use for it, but still want to see what you have been tinkering in your attic can still get our cheap thrills…
