Mar 23 Build, VS2k3 Build Errors...again :)

Following errors occur during compile:
MQ2Globals.cpp(166) : error C2065: '__MemCheckAddr1' : undeclared identifier
MQ2Globals.cpp(167) : error C2065: '__MemCheckAddr2' : undeclared identifier
Offending Lines:
DWORD EQADDR_MEMCHECKADDR1=__MemCheckAddr1;
DWORD EQADDR_MEMCHECKADDR2=__MemCheckAddr2;

Need some help please.
That link in the previous post doesn't take me to a valid post.
Searching for that error brings up only this thread.
Is there a fix for the non C++ programmer please?
Which lines should I change to what? Or will there be a new Zip file available in the near future?

The problem is that _MemCheckAddr1 and _MemCheckAddr2 are not defined in any of the included header files. Easy problem to fix; the devs just need to re-#define them inside an appropriate header file.
I'd do it myself, but I do not know these values off hand.
