Shaman macro plz help

Would like someone to write/explain a simple shaman macro.

i would like it to

/buff
-3 buffs from spells 1 from item(hotkey 3)
-/tar pet spell from item on pet (hotkey 3)
/sit (hotkey 1)
/wait 2 min
/target "Captain Nyra"
/stand (hotkey 1)
/cast gem 7
- if resist/fizzles/interupts would like it to recast
- mob "yawns" when it works
/pet attack (hotkey 2)
/cast gem 2/3
- if resist/fizzles/interupts would like it to recast
- gem 2 says "veins have been filled with deadly poison" if it works
- gem 3 says "skin steams and melts" if it works
/recast gem 2
-when spell in gem 2 wears off it recasts
/root
-when mob hp<= 15%
- if resist/fizzles/interupts/wears off recast it
/Captain Nyra is slain by me/pet
/sit
/wait 4 min
/repeat with "Tamyna Willowsong" as target


last thing is would like it to repeat all steps 21 min after first step started.
