MacroQuest64

I have done a search and have not found the answer so I am asking if anyone else is having this problem. I have complied the zip file and macroquest is working except I can not get the chatwnd to come up. I have loaded and unloaded mq2chatwnd plugin but still no luck. Did I miss something in the compile or am i just missing a step somewhere.

/plugin mq2chat unload
/plugin mq2chatwnd load

You only need one or the other of those. MQ2Chat sends MQ output to the main chat window. MQ2Chatwnd sends it to the MQ window.

I have done this but still get no chatwnd. I use to have the mq chatwnd show up during the char select screen at log in but now i dont get that either. I am using eqw if that helps any. I also can not get a list of any of my plugins but think that shows up in the chatwnd. Will keep trying to figure it out on my own and do appriciate any help offered.

Check macroquest.ini, make sure it is loading the chat window plugin. Make sure FilterMacro=0.

You should NOT copy the distribution macroquest.ini over the top of your old one when the zip is updated. Always keep your old ini files unless specifically told to update or make new ones.
