you have got to be kidding me. :lol: Imagine what would happen if Sony saw this....Any chance of a Beijing server ever being setup just lost any and all hopes. I wonder if we could get that to happen here too...

In the end, Beijing's Chaoyang District People's Court ruled on Thursday that the firm should restore the player's lost items, finding the company liable because of loopholes in the server programs that made it easy for hackers to break in.
I don't see why Sony would give a rat's ass about this decision. All the company had to do was reimburse his items. And that was because their server security sucked ass and they got hacked on the server end. I can't even think of a parallel that has happened in EQ.
