Edit, nm, I am dumb, found macroquest.exe file.

1) Double click the MacroQuest2.dsw file to open it
2) Open up the Build menu, and select Batch Build
3) Make sure everything has a check next to it, then hit the Rebuild All button
4) Watch it compile till it's done.
5) Go to the Release folder, this is where the MQ2 program now resides.
