idea for group window mod

dunno if its possible, but it would be nice have a red box around the name of the group member the mob is currently beating on.
maybe an easier way to look at this.. is to try to make the names flash for 1 second if their hp% changes?
still no idea how to do this, but would be the "easiest" way to get your desired effect I'd think :)
