Anyone ever have a static mob turn and stare at YOU?

Like, ever been alone in a zone killing static spawns of something, and a MOB that normally stays put and stares in on direction TURNS and faces you exactly? It happened to me and it's creeepy.

NPC face any posable target in their target range. Watch pets when a npc gets close they will face the mob.
