hello, -I got an idea about a macro but i dont know if it would work, so hoping one of the macro makers here can tell me if can be done.

What i want to do is have a bot char, sit in a channel, if a person enters and say as example /1 Aura of battle , then the bot check with lucy database and send the info around aura of battle, list all the attributes it give, and other relevant spell/effect info.

My guild had something like this last year, it also worked with tells if you were on our webpages member list. It would do lucy items, effects, timers, would tell you where other guilds were gathering and lots of other fun things. Definetly possible.

Hmm, this idea sounds really nice to me, unfortunatly i have no idea how to make this either, would love this macro for easy chcek on focus effects and spell stats..

Any of the hardcore programmers here would be interested in playing wiht this?

tips for someone trying to do it....

make an ini file that has all the spell info put in~
have your macro search through tags~ time for bed
