Another patch tonight...

AnnoyingGM BROADCASTS 'Greetings Norrath! On Thursday, Nov 6th at 3:00 am PST (UTC/GMT -8), all US base EverQuest servers and Venril Sathir will be brought down for an update. The esitmated down time is 4 hours.'

Further proving that the test server is nothing more than furniture.
Actually, some newbie probably died in crushbone and they are now going to make it so that you don't die at all under level 10.

No, there were some very strange things going on.
Mobs that spawned from events were killing themselves.
On our server AoW was spawned and died before anyone could even aggro it, much less attack it.
Some of the events in Earth and Air were fubar'd pretty bad also.
I really wonder who they have test these patches before putting them on live.

Well, I'm out watching Matryx Revolutions today, so am unlikely to get to the offsets before they're finished..

Ok.. Not complaining.. but went to log in this morning, 8:30am EST, to see that no files were updated and there appears to have been no patch..
Oh Yeah, and MQ is working.. :)

Patches don't always mean files are pushed to your client. The patch was all on the server side.
